Pick one or two affirmations that speak to you and watch or read them daily. As with anything, to get the positive results you will need to be consistent and stick with it, think of it like working out. It takes time to see and feel it but it DOES make a difference.

It might be a good idea to keep a journal during this time and keep track of how you feel both physically and mentally. It can help you accurately look back and reveal just how much the daily affirmations have positively impacted your life in ways that you might not have even noticed.

Many find listening to morning affirmations in bed, as soon as they awaken sets the tone for a better day. You can even set an alarm to play the affirmations as your daily “wake up call”!

By the same token, listening to evening affirmations in bed right before you go to sleep can prime your mind to be in a positive zone all night. This is an excellent time as your brain goes through a very receptive phase just before sleep.
